Notes from Lenny's podcast on PLG
I owe much of my excitement and learning about PLG to Lenny Rachitsky's podcast. There's one episode in particular that I think should be studied like a textbook. It's an interview with Elena Verna where she covers the basics of PLG in an accessible and nuanced way, shares how to avoid typical PLG downfall perpetuated by sweet victories in enterprise sales, and shares other cool lessons like choosing between freemium and trial.
